Because we work with global partners to bring you unique items, our shipping process might look a little different than a standard local store.

  • United Kingdom

Note: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, parcel lockers, or military bases (APO/FPO) at this time.

⏱️ Processing & Shipping Times

Our delivery window is split into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

1. Processing Time

Once you place an order, it takes 1 to 3 business days for our suppliers to process, pack, and hand your order over to the shipping carrier.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on where you and your cat are located. Please note that these are estimates:

Australia 8 – 16 Business Days
United States 7 – 15 Business Days
United Kingdom 7 – 12 Business Days

🐾 Multiple Item Orders: Because we source our products from different specialized suppliers, items in the exact same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If one package arrives before the rest, don't worry! The rest of your goodies are close behind.

💰 Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $12.6 / for all standard orders.

📦 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is on its way, we will send a shipping confirmation email directly to you with a Tracking Number.

  • Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after receiving your number.

  • You can track your package directly through the link provided in your email or on our website.

⚠️ Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Because items are sent directly from our global suppliers, orders may occasionally be subject to local import duties or taxes upon arrival. Kitty Cart.co is not responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order by your country's customs department. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

🔄 Delivery Issues & Wrong Addresses

  • Address Errors: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We process orders fast, so there is a very small window to fix errors. Please email us immediately at info@kittycartco.com if you notice a mistake.

  • Delayed or Lost Packages: If your package is significantly delayed (beyond 30 business days) or shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, please reach out so we can look into it with the carrier for you.
